Utusan Melayu Berhad Internship Experience
I started my internship at Utusan Melayu (Malaysia) company on February 2017 until early of June 2017. The percentage of Malay staff there were almost 90% which makes it easier for me as a muslim trainee to undergo my intern while fulfill the need of religion such as praying and fasting.
I was assigned to graphic department, which met my job scope as a multimedia student. Working there as a graphic designer, it is essential to know how to use the Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Luckily, my university's course did taught all except for Adobe InDesign but I have no fret about it, because I know I love to learn new things especially in editing skills.
It was a good experience while undergoing my internship there. All staffs there were nice and treated me like a daughter and sister. It is a recommended place to do the internship here.
